Orchard Books

Great news! Orchard books has 4 titles selected for the 2011 Summer Reading Challenge.

The Summer Reading Challenge is run throughout the summer holidays in 95% of public libraries with 750,000 children age 4-11 taking part. The SRC is the biggest national reading initiative with incentives, activities and events designed to create a real buzz around children’s reading. The challenge is simple – to read six or more library books over the summer. The theme this year is Circus Stars.

Titles that have been selected for Orchard Books are:

Rumblewick and the Dinner Dragons , Max and Molly’s Guide to Trouble , The Magical Detectives and iHorror: Zombie Hunter.

Edit: Also included is Ultraviolet by R J Anderson for the Summer Reading Challenge for Teens collection.
